Stephen's Veggie Chilli w/ rice. No Cheese, no Sour Cream

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili w/Rice

10 oz Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
27 oz chili Beans
12 oz textured vegetable protein
1 1/4 oz Chili Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 cups white rice
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbs garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili w/Rice

  1. Combine Beans, garlic, onion, Tomatoes, Chili's in a large pot. Bring to Simmer.

  2. Cook Rice in separate dish.

  3. Heat Crumbles in a skillet.

  4. Mix crumbles into the large pot.

  5. Mix cooked rice into large pot.

  6. Simmer until desired flavor achieved.

  7. Optional: add Cheese or Sour Cream
