Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 tablespoon canola oil
14 1/2 oz
14 1/2 oz
30 oz
1/4 cup tvp
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers
1 tablespoon chili mix

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

Saute onions & garlic, add peppers & saute. Add tomatoes, beans, tvp and chili mix. Bring to boil, simmer 10-15 mins. Optional: serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
