Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian chili

1.5 cup Garbanzo Beans Canned
1.75 CUP Pinto Beans Canned
1.75 cup Light Red Kidney Beans
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1.5 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 package (10 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
27 oz Tomatoes Crushed In Puree
16 fl oz Organic Free Range Chicken Low Sodium Broth
2 tbsp Chili Powder
10 grams Ground Cumin
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
5 grams Cayenne Pepper
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian chili

mix all vegetables (excluding the beans), add broth and tomato puree + spices and leave on second ring for 5 minutes in the pressure cooker. Natural release method and add the canned beans and serve
