Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

14 oz Black Beans, Organic
14 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
14 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
14 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
29 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
6 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth
12 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
1 medium Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
6 clove Garlic
2 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
5 oz Green Chilies
0.85 oz Bliss Rich and Creamy Dark Chocolate
8 oz Salsa
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. Chop up the carrots and celery and peppers.

  2. Mince the garlic

  3. Rinse and drain all the canned beans.

  4. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 4-5 hours until veggies are cooked through. It turned out alright my first try, I might tweak the spices next time as I like a little extra kick.
