Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 carrot sticks, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cup whole kernel corn
5 Jalapeno Peppers
4 canned tomatoes
1 1/2 (330 g) beans
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. cumin
5 tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. Boil beans for 1 hour, follow direction on the bag or used canned beans.

  2. While boiling the beans prepare all the ingredients and set aside.

  3. Then drain out the beans and set aside.

  4. Add all vegetables, seasonings, and vegetable broth in large pot.

  5. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.

  6. Then add crushed tomato and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!
