quick easy vegetarian chili thats spicy and filling - hold back on the cayenne papper if its too much for you. For the diced tomatos, try the mexican blend that has peppers in it for an extra kick. makes aprox 6 1/2 cup servings

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 1/2 cup kidney beans
1 1/2 cup pinto beans
4 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato, diced
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. put all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Once nearly boiling lower heat to simmer

  3. cook for 20 minutes

  4. Enjoy with a big cold glass of water :)
