Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 cup chopped onions
3 cloves garlic
2 cup green bell pepper
2 cup red bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chili powder
14 oz tomatoes
30 ounce kidney beans
22 ounce corn
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
25 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. Put it all in a slow cooker, chopped vegetables, drained cans, and cook it on low for 6 hours.

  2. Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese, low or non fat of course!
