Chili with Lean Organic Beef and Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

4 oz Veggie Ground Round Mexican
19 oz Tomatoes Plum Stewed
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers,Green
1 c Cauliflower
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. Chop all vegetables to desired size

  2. Saute all vegetables and chili paste in Olive Oil for 1-2 minutes

  3. Add ground beef and cook until brown

  4. Add drained and rinsed kidney beans and tomatoes

  5. Cook until starts to boil, lower heat to medium and cook for 30 min
