Easy, veggie chili! Make in your crockpot..

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 Green Pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
15 oz. can black beans
1/2 cup cooked red kidney beans
1/2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. Saute onions, garlic, peppers in 1/2 TBS. olive oil.

  2. Add to crock pot along with canned tomatoes, tomato paste, Black and kidney canned beans.

  3. Stir in chili season. Set Crock pot on Low setting and simmer for 4 - 5hours.
