Great low fat main dish with NO Cholesteral.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

4 cups cooked kidney beans
4 cups cooked stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup corn
1 chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

Mix all and cooked until peppers are soft ( about 1.5 hours should do nicely)I usually cooked it in the slow cooker all afternoon.
