Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian chili

540 g canned kidney beans
790 g canned chopped tomatoes
2 carrots, medium
4 celery stalks
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 onion, medium
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
3 c water

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian chili

  1. Sautee vegetables in olive oil

  2. When tender, add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans and spices (oregano, cilantro, paprika, chili powder)

  3. Cook until thickened
