Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
28 oz tomatoes, diced
30 oz black beans, canned
31 oz kidney beans
3 tbsp corn oil
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. saute onion and garlic in oil

  2. add all other ingredients, cook for 3 hours
