ACTUAL COOKED SERVING SIZE about 390g (about 2 cups) A tasty, very filling vegetarian chili (the crumbles have some dairy ingredients) Adjust the cayenne to taste. This is pretty spicy. I sometimes add a cup or so of chopped celery or zucchini to it just to bulk it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

340 g grillers crumbles (1 pkg)
31 oz Red Kidney beans (2 cans)
275 g onion,raw, chopped
300 g Red Bell Pepper, chopped
4 c water
1/4 c Dark Chili Powder
1/4 c corn meal
28 oz diced tomatoes, canned
28 oz Tomato Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

Dump everything except the crumbles and the corn meal into a pot. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in crumbles and corn meal. Heat back to a simmer.
