Very healthy. Can also add worcestershire sauce and chipotle peppers or jalapenos.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 onion
3 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
3 1/2 cups beans
15 oz canned tomatoes
1/4 c brown sugar
12 oz beer

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

Cook veggies in oil. When softened, add all other ingredients. Cook until all is soft and most liquid is evaporated.
