Chili made with Boca Meatless Ground Burger

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

1 tbl olive oil
1/2 medium onion, diced
4 oz (1 packet) ground burger, Boca
15 oz (1 can) tomatoes, diced
11 ounces (1 can) Campbell's beef broth
2 tbl chili powder
1 tbl cumin
1 tbl oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
16 oz (1 can) red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion in olive oil until onion starts to become translucent, about 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. Add packet of ground beef, cook a few minutes until defrosted and crumbled.

  3. Add tomatoes, beef broth, kidney beans, and seasonings, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
