Delicious and easy vegetarian chili recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili

15 oz Black Beans, Organic
30 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
15 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
4 clove Garlic
1 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
15 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 oz Bay Leaves

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili

  1. saute onions, green peppers, garlic, chili powder, and cumin in olive oil until translucent/tender

  2. add tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, mushrooms, corn, and bay leaves and let simmer for about an hour. Add water as necessary

  3. Bulgar can be added at the end to soak up excess water if necessary

  4. Enjoy
