Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili Mole

1 tbsp olive oil 86661
180 g green pepper, chopped
125 g celery, chopped
175 g mushrooms, chopped
100 g onion, chopped
5 1/2 oz tomato paste
28 oz canned tomato 104398
19 oz red kidney beans 104228
14 oz black bean 104221
340 g Yves Veggie Ground Round 86225
2/5 tbsp olive oil
1/5 cup onion, chopped finely
3/5 tbsp garlic, minced
1/5 tsp oregano
1/5 tsp cumin
1/20 tsp cinnamon
3/5 tbsp chili powder
3/5 tbsp flour
2/5 vegetable bouillon cube
2/5 oz dark chocolate 111737

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili Mole

  1. In large pot, saute onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms, chopping and adding in that order.

  2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Ground Round, mix well.

  3. Rinse liquid away from beans and add beans only to mix.

  4. Separately and ahead of time, for ingredients onward from second listed olive oil to chocolate, follow directions for Mole Sauce recipe (recipe 92116). OR, add spices separately, omitting second olive oil, flour and pre-dissolving bouilon cube.

  5. Simmer a while.
