Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili Medley

1 onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
1 carrot, chopped
15 oz. creamed corn, drained
15 oz. red beans, drained
15 oz. black beans, drained
15 oz. chopped tomatoes, undrained
15 oz. chopped tomatoes, undrained
15 oz. tomato puree
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbls Black Pepper
1 1/2 tbls Cumin, ground
1 1/2 tbls chili powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili Medley

Directions: sautee onion, garlic peppers and carrot in large pot. Once cooked to taste, add in beans, corn, tomatoes and finally spices. Simmer until ready to serve.
