Also known as chili sin carne, at least at my place.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili con Carne

1 small Onions
1 clove Garlic
400 grams Unico Crushed Tomatoes
250 grams Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
75 grams Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chili con Carne

Cut up the onions and garlic and stir fry them with 1/2 tsp cumin in some oil. Add the chili and sun-dried tomatoes. Let it simmer for a while, then add the crushed tomatoes. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Rinse off the beans and add them to the pot. Add either one stick of cinnamon, or halv a tsp ground cinnamon. Let it sit for a couple of minutes then serve!
