Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Cheeseburgers.

400 grams Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
100 grams Cheddar Cheese
100 grams Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Sunflower, Linoleic, (Hydrogenated) Oil
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Cheeseburgers.

  1. Put the beans in a large bowl. Mash with a fork to break them up. Make the bread into breadcrumbs and add to the beans with onion, cheese, egg and salt and pepper and mix into a smooth paste.

  2. Put a little flour on your hands and shape into six burgers. Fry in the oil until golden. Serve with chips or a healthy salad. Either way delicious!
