Pretty tasty and reasonably nutritious though not very good on the sodium.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Bulgur dish

0.25 serving Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1 cup Broccoli
0.33 cup Peas, Green
0.33 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 serving Parmesan 100% Grated
0.5 cup Bulgur, Dry
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black
0.13 tsp Cayenne
0.2 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Bulgur dish

Add 1 c. water to a 4-qt pot and stir in the seasonings, soy sauce, a dash of mustard and ketchup. Also add the frozen vegetables and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 c. bulgur wheat and cook until tender, about 15-20 min. You may need to add water during the cooking process. If any water remains, drain it off and add the parmesan, cream cheese, mustard and ketchup. Serve warm. Can be served with any protein of your choice, though I usually just have tuna or tofu.
