Just savin' the recipe for future use. Was trying to sort out a good 500 cal meal that is high in protein and cholesterol... and it's also relatively high in iron and calcium too which is good.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Buger

75 g whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/8 cup of tomato
1/8 cup of canned beetroot
1/2 cup of lettuce
2 eggs
1 egg whites
1 teaspoon of butter
20 g edam cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Buger

  1. Fry eggs in butter.

  2. Slice tomatoes and cheese, gather lettuce.

  3. Spread mayo and ketchup on bread.

  4. ASSEMBLE!!

  5. Easy peasy. :)
