Egg whites, peppers, green onion, tomato and cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Great to go breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Breakfast Freezer Burritos

60 tbsp Egg Whites
2 green peppers
6 mini sweet peppers
1 cup,+chopped green onions
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
28 serving Flour Small Tortillas
1 medium tomato

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Breakfast Freezer Burritos

  1. Scramble egg whites, let cool completely, chop veggies and mix together with egg whites and cheese. Warm tortillas so easy to roll. Add approx 1/3 c. of mixture to each tortialla. Wrap in foil or saran wrap, then freeze. Microwave for about 1 minute.

  2. Seasonings or salt and pepper could be added to taste.
