Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Bean Chili

14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, whole and peeled
16 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
16 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
16 oz pinto beans, chili spiced
4 tbs chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Bean Chili

  1. Brown chopped garlic in large pot on low

  2. Add chopped onions, celery and bell pepper

  3. Add drained and rinsed beans

  4. Add seasonings to taste

  5. Add tomatoes

  6. Cover and simmer for 2-4hours, stiring occassionally
