Very sweet. Probably use tomato sauce rather than ketchup and cut back on molasses and sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Baked Beans

2 cups navy beans
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup onion
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
3 1/3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Baked Beans

  1. Add ingredients to pressure cooker.

  2. Bring to 15 psi pressure.

  3. Cook for 40 min.

  4. Let pressure drop naturally.
