Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Baked Bean Salsa

28 ounces Vegetarian Baked Beans, 1 can
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 medium orange bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Baked Bean Salsa

  1. Gently combine Baked Beans, red onion, orange pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, lemon juice and hot sauce in a large bowl.

  2. Season with garlic, salt and pepper and stir.

  3. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour prior to serving.
