1 pound yellow squash
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetables Squash Fried

  1. Slice squash into 1/8 inch thick slices

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine salt, pepper and flour mixing well

  3. Place sliced squash in bowl and mix well with above mixture coating each slice with the flour

  4. In a large skillet bring the vegetable oil to smoke point and dump squash into skillet and fry until browned
