Recipe Ingredients for Vegetables and Rice

1 cup instant brown rice
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetables and Rice

  1. Put rice and chicken broth in a medium sauce pan and cook according to directions on the rice package.

  2. When rice is halfway done add vegetables.

  3. Serve and enjoy:)
