14 ounces cream-style corn
12 ounces canned corn
1 1/2 cups Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
8 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
4 ounces butter, melted
12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for VEGETABLES: Muna's Corn Casserole

  1. Combine all ingredients except for about 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and pour into greased casserole dish.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly golden.

  3. Top with remaining cheese and bake just until it melts.
