1 tbs olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup chick peas, rinsed and drained
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups yams, diced

Recipe Directions for Vegetables for Korma

  1. Heat olive oil

  2. saute onion and carrots for 2 minutes

  3. add cauliflower and chick peas, saute for additional 2 minutes

  4. add boiled potatoes, yams and Korma sauce

  5. simmer for 15-20 minutes
