Sauteed veggies, brown rice, and couscous-good as anything =DD

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetables and Grains

1/2 cup couscous
2/3 cup brown rice
1 cup cabbage
1 onion
2 cups mushroom
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetables and Grains

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package directions.

  2. Saute the cabbage(shredded), onion(chopped), and mushroom(sliced) in a medium saucepan.

  3. Then place all ingredients (couscous shouldn't be cooked yet) into chicken broth over medium heat until mostly all, or all of the broth is absorbed.

  4. DONE, it tastes amazing. And it's so healthy for you. Meat lovers can add ground beef if they please.
