Recipe Ingredients for Vegetables for Asian rice

1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup corn kernels (frozen)
1/2 cup green peas (baby, frozen)
1/2 cup carrots, diced
2 eggs, whisked
2 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
1 garlic powder, to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegetables for Asian rice

  1. Spray nonstick skillet with Pam.

  2. Saute chopped onion and diced carrots over medium heat. Add 2 cups cooked rice (need to count this separately in counting calories).

  3. Brown the rice, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add Teriyaki sauce and dash of garlic powder as desired.

  5. Add frozen corn kernels and heat through.

  6. Add frozen baby green peas and heat through.

  7. Enjoy!
