good use of root veggis after you've boiled them for stock. Yields 5 cups

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable whip

5 carrots
2 cups turnips, cubed
1/2 lb potatoes
4 cups cauliflower
1 tbs butter
2 tbs 2% milk
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegetable whip

  1. boil vegetables until tender

  2. drain and keep broth for another use

  3. blend with mixer until creamy and season to taste
