These meatballs use vegetables as a binder so that they are compatible with the paleo lifestyle.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Turkey Meatballs

20 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
5 large Mushrooms
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 medium Carrots
0.5 cup Parsley
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Granulated Garlic
6 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Turkey Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except for the turkey and pulse in food processor until well chopped.

  3. Empty contents into bowl and add ground turkey. Mix well.

  4. Form into 2 inch meatballs and place onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until done.
