Hearty dinner idea, with vegetables and turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Turkey Bake

100 g mushrooms, sliced
1 small zucchini, grated
3 small carrots, grated
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine
4 eggs, well beaten
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
2 small tomatoes, chopped without seeds
2 small red onions, fine diced
267 g turkey breast, small chunks & cooked
4 tbsp cream
1 salt
1 pepper
2 basil leaves, chopped small
150 g Goat cheese, hard type, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Turkey Bake

  1. mixed all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Spoon into a baking dish.

  3. Bake at 375 F about 30-45 minutes, or until egg is solid, and vegetables are well done.

  4. Enjoy!
