Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Toss

3 red potatoes
3 carrots
432 g corn
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cups cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Toss

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Combine potatoes, carrots, corn, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley and thyme in a zip lock back and mix together.

  3. Place on foil baking pan

  4. Add cheese on top

  5. Bake to preference
