Simple tomato sauce with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Tomato Sauce

16 oz. tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz Diced tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/2 red onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp. Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Tomato Sauce

  1. Dice green pepper and onion.

  2. Add diced pepper and onion to pan with garlic and saute lightly.

  3. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.

  4. Simmer until warm. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Also add dried basil, italion seasoning to taste
