Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Tofu Scramble

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 cup, sliced Onions
1/4 tsp Table Salt
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.3 tablespoon Oregano
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pkg Firm
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Tofu Scramble

  1. Saute onions in oil and salt.

  2. Add spices.

  3. Add mushrooms and peppers, cook a few minutes.

  4. Add in crumbled tofu and stir often while cooking about 10 minutes.

  5. Add soy sauce.
