Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable and tofu burger

75 g carrot
4 oz zucchini
350 g tofu
70 g small onion
25 g celery
2 egg whites
50 g bread
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup basil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and tofu burger

  1. Press carrot and zucchini between paper towl to remove excess moisture.

  2. In a medium bowl mix everything except basil.

  3. Chop basil and mix it in.

  4. Bake at 400 degree until cooked or to desired doneness
