Vegan, compatible with a less strict macrobiotic diet

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable teriyaki

1 tbsp olive oil
5 cups water
1 cup carrots
1 red pepper
3/4 cup mushroom
1 cup broccoli
2 green onions
1 cup aduki beans
1 cup peas, canned
4 tsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp curry

Recipe Directions for Vegetable teriyaki

Chop and sauté vegetables in olive oil. Add water when slightly golden; add spices and teriyaki sauce. Simmer 25 minutes; add peas and beans and simmer with 5 minutes more. Serve with brown rice.
