2 zucchini
1 medium carrot
1 red bell pepper
1 small leek
1 cup broccoli
1/2 red onion
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon fresh coriander
1 teaspoon fresh basil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoon grapeseed oil
