Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Quick and easy with loads of flavour, use courgette instead of marrow and serve with noodles, rice or egg-fried rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry

100 grams Onions
180 grams Whole Baby Sweet Corn
10 grams Chilli
5 grams Garlic
140 grams Cabbage
400 grams Bean Sprouts
125 grams Marrow
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Chop all vegetables into strips.

  2. Heat oil, spices, vinegar and soy in a wok, add onions chillies and garlic, cook until just beginning to soften. Add cabbage and courgette, cook for few minutes more. Add bean sprouts 5 minutes before end of cooking. Serve
