1/2 large onion
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Saute onions, bell pepper, carrot on low (or careful medium), add cabbage and cook until no longer raw.
