Vegetable Stir-Fry with reduced sodium sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable stir fry

125 grams mushrooms
90 grams green beans
2 tbsp ginger
1 clove garlic
175 grams broccoli
50 grams celery
3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp hot peppers
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Vegetable stir fry

  1. heat oil in pan and add mushrooms, onions and sauce to pan.

  2. once they begin to soften add rest of vegetables and toss.

  3. cook until broccoli begins to slightly soften

  4. serve over brown rice.
