A stir fry made specifically to mix with cooked sweet-potato noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 cup spinach, frozen

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. fry the onions in the sesame oil until translucent and coated in oil.

  2. Add carrots. cook until warmed through, approximately 2 minutes.

  3. Add mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach. Fry until mushrooms and zucchini are soft.

  4. Add soy sauce and garlic.

  5. mix with noodles.

  6. Serve warm.
