Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry

1/4 lb eggplant
2/5 lb green beans
9/20 lb zucchini
1/2 lb baby portobella mushrooms
0.12 lb shallots
3/5 lb green bell pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Trim green beans.

  2. Cut the eggplant, zucchini, and bell pepper into pieces.

  3. Put a large wok or wide pan on medium heat.

  4. Add oil and garlic to the pan.

  5. Add vegetables to pan and stir fry until tender.

  6. Serve immediately.
