Delicious, filling, and extremely healthy stir-fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir-Fry

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1/3 cup carrots
1/2 lb shrimp
4 oz mushrooms
4 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup water
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Add all the vegetables to a wok or large pan and cook

  2. Add garlic to wok

  3. Add pre-cooked chicken breasts to cooked vegetables to warm

  4. Combine broth, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, black pepper, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix

  5. When vegetables and chicken are fully warmed/cooked make a hole in the middle and pour liquid mixture in the middle

  6. Allow to thicken and begin bubbling then mix well with stir-fry

  7. Serve and enjoy
