Using fresh vegetables & a few canned items, you can prepare a great tasting feast

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry

1/4 c olive oil
1 head cabbage, sliced
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 c raw mushrooms, sliced
3 medium carrots, sliced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, sliced
1 c sliced bamboo shoots
6 oz sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c bean sprouts
1/8 c minced garlic
1/2 c soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry

Saute all the vegetables in the olive oil. Start adding ingredients as you chop them in the order they are listed. Saute until desired doneness. The crisper you leave them, the more nutrients the vegetables retain. Add the soy sauce & garlic & stir well. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve over noodles or rice.
