A quick, easy stir fry. I usually use 3 tsp chicken bouillon and 1 cup water to keep it from becoming too watery.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry

5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
40 pea pods Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
3 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
3 tbsp Corn Starch
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Combine chicken broth, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in skillet or wok on high heat.

  3. Add garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and onion.

  5. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is bright green and mushrooms have released liquid.

  6. Add peas and bell pepper and stir for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Add chicken broth mixture and stir for an additional 1-2 minutes until thick and bubbly.
