2 cups chopped cabbage
1 1/2 cups chopped long squash
1 long carrot sliced
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 can whole sweet corn (drain half)
1 can drained straw mushroom (halved)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable msg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry (Chris Homemade)

  1. heat olive oil in pan med-high heat, and add onions. Stir about 1 min.

  2. Add cabbage, carrot, squash, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and seasoning. Stir about 2 minutes

  3. Add mushrooms and corn.

  4. Stir and heat about 10 minutes.

  5. Serves 8
